Most tech books bore me to death and put me to sleep faster than a brick to the face. Not this one. This one is easy to read, keeps me interested and I find myself wanting to read more and more. The information seems to be accurate and plentiful. I am not 100% sure that it has all you need to know. It might, but only time will tell. I do think the Practice questions could be better. This is one of those things where your inner voice tells you not to do but you throw caution to the wind. One should know the "..for dummies.." franchise works fine for such things as cooking and wine tasting. When it comes to the CISSP or any other deep and really complicated subject matter they should have left well enough alone. The book was for a gift , so I am not familiar with the content but I was told that it is a very good book, easy to understand and read. The product arrived very fast and in the promised condition.

Great way to jump start into the CISSP domains. This book will get your feet wet!

There are tons of books about CISSP. I found that this one uses a very easy-to-follow structure and provided with enough information to break the ice.
I would not recommend this as your only book but it is certainly a good starting point and a reference for the final days.
