In my opinion this IS required reading. This guy is THE guy when it comes to CCENT/CCNA and getting you the sound foundational skills you will need to pass the test in his CCENT book then going a little deeper with things in the CCNA book. I could not recommend this book enough. For me.......no book......no pass. I would highly recommend getting both the books. You may be surprised how much CISCO you only THINK you knew.

I read this book from front to back. Took the practice tests and did great. After testing myself with some Boson exams I soon learned that I had not covered all the material that would be on the test. I recently recertified for my CCNA. He does'nt even mention VTPv2 in his book, but it was on the test. Don't get me wrong Todd ... Read More
